I studied international cuisine culture at university, which gave me the idea of spreading Hokkaido's local cuisine to the world. I spent a year in Australia, and learned about the cuisine of various countries by cooking with friends of different nationalities. At a park in Australia, I was impressed by a wedding party I happened to see, and decided to go into the bridal business. I look forward to meeting you in Hokkaido.
